We used our last Uline Ice Maker for 23 years without any service interruptions. Alas, it quit working. We repurchased another Uline Ice Maker, hoping for another service-free 23 years! We are pleased with its performance. My husband only likes the crescent shaped ice, so we are a happy camper again.

First one came damaged second one is yet to show month and a half now will update if it ever comes in ... Maybe check to see if it got delivered before multiple emails to review
