I've had this wine fridge for less then a year. 1st issues is that it constantly wants to put itself in a "Sabbath" mode preventing the interior lights to turn on. Olny you can NEVER turn it off unless you power cycle the unit from the outlet. Mine is built in so i have to go to the breaker Weekley. 6 month later there is something wrong with the thermostat and i come home to a popped cork due to the wine getting way to cold. Now trying to get service on the product has been a horrible experience. I've seen uline in many of my friends home and thought it was a good product but based on the factory very poor customer service regarding this unit. I strongly do NOT recommend you purchasing a U-Line product.

When my wine fridge was installed it was not level and door was crooked. Technicians were sent out, they leveled it and fixed the door but once that was done it was still not looking right. Slats that hold the wine bottles were installed on slight angle so it looks unlevel no matter what you do. Not good.

Eventually bought three of these items. Works great.
