its not awful, I would give it higher marks if the price was not so high. The finish on the door was poor with rough edges on the exterior by the glass. Front vent was dinged and rear panel was damaged (not visible when installed). This was delivered in the factory box and appeared sealed. This sits in my family room in direct view and unfortunately I see that jagged edge everyday. Acceptable for a $350 cooler, at $3,500, I would have expected more. Still, it does keep the wine chilled
