Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this charger. With 20,000 mAh you can charge you phone or tablet multiple times before having to recharge it. The charger cord extends out a good distance then snaps right back and its magnetic so it attaches flat with no cord hanging off. Its great for travel. Its pretty heavy so might not want to take it for everyday use if you're trying to go lightweight but if you have a purse or backpack it's perfect. Great to have when you're with friends whose phone is always about to die.

We purchased this portable charger after a smaller one we own was always dying. While it is a bit on e heavy side it works great! I like the fact that it came with a cord as well. All thre kids are able to charge their iPads at the same time and there is still enough charge left in the power bank to charge other devices. I was so impressed with it I also had my son buy one for himself.

This power bank feels very premium and sturdy. With the 20,000mAh capacity, it gives me enough juice to charge my phone multiple times or get a full charge for my laptop when I'm away from a wall outlet. The 165W output is impressive for a device this size. It's a bit heavy, but expected for the amount of power it holds.

This portable charger is very impressive for such a condensed product. Easy to read color screen provides accurate status of the charge or drain. Super easy to pack into a backpack, briefcase or luggage. Can recharge in my vehicle or at home. Just a great value and trusted charger.

I’m very glad I made this purchase. I keep the UGREEN Nexode 165W 20,000mAh Power Bank in my car, and it has saved me on several occasions when my phone or laptop has been used heavily throughout the day. It has become one of those devices I make sure to travel with because I know I can rely on it when I need extra power. It’s convenient, dependable, and gives me peace of mind when I’m away from an outlet for long periods of time. Definitely a trusted device and a worthwhile purchase.

Great product and excellent quality! The 165W power is impressive, and the 20,000mAh capacity provides plenty of extra power throughout the day. The retractable cable is very convenient and keeps everything organized. Compact, powerful, and very useful. Highly recommended!

The retractable usb-c cable is very handy. Capacity is good, speed of charging is super fast. It also recharges from the wall outlet really quickly. And the form factor is good--it packs well in my bag.

This power bank exceeded my expectations. It charges my phone and laptop quickly, and the 20,000mAh capacity easily lasts through long trips. The built-in retractable cable is incredibly convenient, so I don't have to carry extra cables everywhere. The display is clear, charging is fast, and the build quality feels premium. If you travel often or need reliable backup power, this is definitely worth buying. Highly recommended.

Quality is nice and can charge my laptop and iPad at the same time! The retractable charger is nice to have if I don’t want to carry around an extra cables. Pretty simple to use and holds a charge for a long time! I don’t like the weight of it, it’s pretty heavy compared to other “portable charging blocks.” Overall, really nice!!

This unit is very useful when you are on travel and it is difficult to find a plug but you need an emergency power to power up your laptop. The charge runs to power up a laptop for almost 3 hours. The best part is the retractable cable, so you dont need to worry about a cable. It is bulky but thats what you will get for a 20000 amp battery

Retractable cable comes in handy, supports fast charging for multiple brands, holds the charge well, included pouch helps protect the screen while in backpacks.

It charges and discharges very fast, and the integrated cable is super convenient. But it gets 4 stars because its 20,000 mAh doesn't charge my MacBook to 90%. If you truly want to get this for laptop on-the-go use, you need a larger size. For tablet/phone use this is excellent although as said it will provide fewer discharges than you might expect. (charges my phone fully 2-3 times, iPad 1.3 times)

I love love love love love this thing! It is my biggest lifesaver and it goes with me everywhere! Yes, it charges a laptop but for me, it is always charging my cellphone and all of my items I need charged regularly! It’s so fast and I wouldn’t let anyone borrow it because you won’t get it back! This thing is hands down something everyone needs from emergencies ti everyday charging this thing goes with me everywhere! Trust me, you need one!!!!

Works as intended if not even better used it for my flights was able to charge all my devices with no issues and this think has crazy battery life!

Bought this so I can keep my laptop charged when I am outside of the house and need to do some work. Works wonderful and holds charge very well!!

Keeps all my devices charged. It comes in so handy when you’re on the go and no chargers are around.

This is a nice product to have, especially for travelling and conferences. I like that you can plugin multiple devices. One thing that I don't like is the power button location. I always hit the power button when I'm picking up or moving the device.

There is nothing negative I can say about this power bank , so powerfull with 20,000 ah, sitting on my office desk charging my cell phone in less than 20 minutes and my personal laptop at the same time . This is amazing , no wires hanging on my desk and I take it anywhere I go in my bag . My son sa this and he bought one the same day. hat also like about it is fast charger and shows me how much power is left

It’s pretty useful, especially if you move around with a laptop a lot. It charges at a decent speed too.

I bought this power bank to keep my laptop charged because my university has few wall outlets. This power bank maintains a long battery life and was able to keep my laptop and iPhone from running out of power. I wouldn't say it's very compact or lightweight, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I'm very pleased with this product.
