Customer Ratings & Reviews

This product exceeded my expectations. When charged at 100% and used the majority of my workday it still has a charge of 50%+. I purchased this product out of necessity. My car charger port shorted out. The cost to repair was more than 4X's what I paid for this product. In closing, I couldn't be happier.

Upon using this bank it charges my equipment faster than ever I recommend even for camping or places where no power is available awesome

Outstanding product. Necessary travel buddy when traveling in airports. No need to worry about power outlet availability or whether it's working. Also, outstanding for the long car trips,

I bought to charge in my work truck and use at home to keep anything that charges off a usb cord charged and it works great. Its small but mighty. Charges my s23 ultra at superfast 2.0 speeds. I love that it shows exactly what power each port is drawing. Well worth the buy and i might buy a second so i can cycle them out so one is charging while im using one. It recharges so fast! Up to 100watts in and i believe 200 out. But i only have one devices that oulls 100 watts and it does it no problem. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

I picked this up right before a trip because I wanted something that could handle more than just keeping my phone charged, and it ended up working really well. I used it for both my phone and laptop and it had no problem keeping everything charged while we were traveling. One thing I definitely recommend is using a good fast charger when charging the power bank itself. It makes a huge difference. Once it's charged up, you can get a lot of use out of it before needing to plug it back in. I also like that I don't have to carry a bunch of extra stuff around just to keep everything powered. It's been really convenient for traveling, working from my laptop away from an outlet, or just having as a backup when I'm out for the day. So far I've been really happy with it and I'd definitely buy it again. If you're looking for a power bank that can actually charge a laptop along with your phone and other devices, this is a solid one.

This is an excellent product. I use it to keep a laptop fully charged during meetings and also to charge my phone at the same time if I need to. Having the built in USB-C cables is a big plus. You do not have to remember to bring USB-C cables. It also does come with a 100W USB-C cable to connect to the third USB-C port in the event you need to connect 3 devices at the same time.

This power bank works well and is very fast. It's a little on the heavy side, but that's not a deal-breaker for me.

I wanted to share some feedback after using the product for a couple of weeks: - Design & Convenience: Having the charging brick in my backpack with the integrated extension cord makes it extremely easy to charge my phone or tablet on the go. - Airline Compliance: While boarding a Southwest Airlines flight, I verified that its 100W Power Delivery specification complies with their 100 watt-hour carry-on limit, making it great for travel. - Power Output & Display: The real-time breakdown of wattage delivered to each connected device is well-engineered. Additionally, the dynamic watt-hour and time estimates provided while recharging the unit are helpful for comparing different power sources. - Battery Health: The battery cycle count remains at zero, which suggests that topping off the unit without fully draining it is working well to preserve battery life. Overall, it is an excellent unit and very well-designed.

Works good can fully charge my laptop takes a long time to charge heavy

First, I did NOT want to spend this much on a mobile charger and I did NOT want it to be this big, But Best Buy does not have a lot of inventory. So I bought this huge overprice thing. But it never dies. I used it for my computer and other devises my staff would use it and in a given day over the past month or so it has charged my laptop and two phones everyday. Everyone asks me about it and have taken a photo so they could find it and buy their own.

Yes, excellent product. The charge is fast. The reason why it's getting a four today because one of my wires have already broke. But hopefully, best buy can help me to resolve the problem and then I can do updated review in the future

Works out great for me for my laptop and everything Lil devices I have

I’m really impressed with the UGREEN battery pack! It’s convenient, reliable, and great to have on hand when my phone or other devices need a charge. It’s easy to use, portable, and perfect for traveling or everyday use. Definitely a great accessory to have, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable portable charger!

Fast‑charging, reliable, and perfect for travel. The built‑in cables made it easy to use on the go, and the high capacity kept my laptop and phone powered during important remote‑work days. Compact enough to store easily and powerful enough to save me when outlets weren’t available. Highly recommend.

It was everything i needed. Its quick at charging the things that could and i could switch it to trickle charging when i need to charge my headphones. Will definitely recommend

It chrges grest it looks great screen great, inhad to return mine because they did not allow it on the plane although it says thatbthey do, they dont

I am really liking the built in cords making it so all I need is the unit. And if I want to charge all I need is a brick, no cable. This thing provides plenty of power and the screen is nice to see how much battery you have left with more precision that 6 little lights, like on cheaper units.

Best battery I ever had and very quickly charging.

Excelent product very recommended charge the phone quickly

Was originally looking for the Anker made version but found this bank. This bank supports fastcharge 2.0 which is great! Quickly charges laptop and phone multiple times! A lil bulky but a life saver!
