This is super helpful when I want to compare the workouts I do to my total activity for the day. I’ve also enjoyed tracking my sleep and circadian rhythm. These two features, along with the ability to track your caffeine window, have all helped me build a routine and feel more energized as a result. The battery life is impressive, I can go almost a week without having to charge it. And when I do need to charge it, it reaches 100% battery quickly. Great ring: comfy accurate, and battery lasts days!

I’ve had the UltraHuman ring for about 3 weeks so far and it’s quite interesting. It has a wide range of information that you wouldn’t know or find out by not having one. From body temperature, sleep tracking, steps in a day and much more. It also has a built in workout system so you don’t have to find them on the internet or anything. The down side is the battery heath which only last about 4 days and less if you keep looking at the app for information. Over all good and has a sleek look. I have the Aster Black color
