The beautiful appearance of the stainless steel look shines in my kitchen. The hood has one light but is all that's necessary. The fan low and high is not loud to the ear. I am very satisfied the appearance, price and operations of th I a range hood.

It is not noisy but it does works awesome. It’s powerful csf take all the cooking smell and blows out of the vent outside.

Installation was flawless. The installer communicated via phone the time for arrival and when he was en-route to my home. The hood adds to the esthetics of the range. I reviewed the ratings prior to purchase and was prepared with the two special bulbs for the range hood. The installer demonstrated how to insert and remove the bulbs. The bulbs do not come with the hood. I ordered two from the manufacturer and they are also available online from third party sellers. I’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Is a really nice looking clean line hood. Goes great with our kitchen, simplistic lines. Easy to use. Effective.

Jorge and his assistant installed all our Bosch kitchen products, even if it meant they had to work overtime to get the job done as promised. They were informed, knowledgeable, and dedicated to installing the Bosch Hood to make it fit perfectly. They cleaned up everything before departing. Very professional. Zephyr typhoon 30in Cabunet mount range hood. AK2100CS. Very satisfied with product and installation team. This is a replacement of my old Zephyr kitchen hood. Compare to old one, new model is very quiet and strong. I compared the installation fee with other home appliances stores and BestBuy gave the best price. The installation team worked very fast and qualityof work was great.

This installation was done by the same two men with whom you contracted to install our oven range. Again, They were fast, polite, and neat (one of them cleaned up scuff marks from his boots without our having said anything). Moreover, they seemed to know absolutely everything a person could possibly know about installing range hoods. By contrast, the guys who redid our shower fumbled and scratched their heads in spite of the fact that redoing baths and showers is all their company does.

I am so impressed with the Best Buy delivery and installation of the Zephyr Breeze Range Hood. The two installers arrived on time and went right to work removing the microwave oven and installing the hood. The job went somewhat faster because the hood didn't have to be hardwired as stated in the instructions. It was a simple plug in with a little modification to the hole in the cabinet. The installers cleaned up when they were finished and took away the old microwave and all the hood packing material. The best part was it only took them 20 minutes! I was surprised and pleased!

I purchased appliances that were delivered in September and October. This included a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove hood/vent. There were many problems with the delivery schedules and when they were finally delivered- the refrigerator was damaged. Little did I know that the dishwasher was damaged as well, but I will get to that later. After dealing with construction and permit delays my kitchen was finally installed and Best Buy was contacted again to do the install in December. My scheduled date was Monday, January 23. I waited for the installers but they never showed. After I contacted Best Buy they told me that the installer could not find parking, took a picture and left. My building has a loading dock and I had arranged for them to park there. Anyway, I could not wait any longer so I went ahead and did the installs myself. The second fridge was fine, luckily. The hood was ok but I was missing parts that Best Buy did not tell me I would need. The surprise was the dishwasher which looked perfect but when it was hooker up is started a 2 hour cycle and after 20 mins the circuit breaker popped. I checked for leaks, re-checked the electrical connection and everything was fine, so I reset the breaker and hit continue on the dishwasher. It ran for another 10 mins and popped the breaker again. This time I unhooked everything and lifted the dishwasher up very high to check the connections and discover that the unit was damaged underneath- the plastic frame was cracked, the access cover was pushed in, and on closer inspection the side cover was bent. I contacted Best Buy and I was told I was out of the return/exchange period and have to have a technician come out to look at the appliance. 2 out of 3 appliances damaged and installation that doesn’t show up. Very disappointed with Best Buy and I have been an elite customer for many years
