I bought this 2 years ago from the Magnolia center and was told if I wanted to make changes to any of my components in the future it was just a support visit cost to do so. I changed out 1 componet in my system, called to get it updated and was told it will be at least $300 or more to make the change! Absolutly ridiculous. Initial setup took 3 different people over 3 weeks to do as nobody knew what they were doing and could not get it to work. Finally got it to work but over time the battery life goes to 0 and it's 60 bucks plus tax and shipping for a new one. This is a steaming pile of technology, buy something you can program and have control of. I threw a fit and did get my money back, good lessons learned.

Took forever to get someone out to program. Doesn't work. Especially for the cost. Pretty disappointed. Will be returning it

There have already been two visits and a third is today. It kind of worked after the second visit but now tells me there is no connectivity available. Hopefully today’s visit will finally resolve this $932 debacle.

OK ITS A REMOTE, IT WORKS GOOD, IT IS WORTH THE PURCHASE.

Very expensive. Annoying clicking sound when pressing buttons. Frustrating to use...doesn't always respond to commands. Convenient to control multiple components.
