Reviews put this at the top of the list. I like it but it doesnt follow commands from the app. I have been trying to work with customer support for the vacuum but they are the worst. They only communicate by chat and they are too concerned about where I purchased it from. Don't get me wrong I like it but Im not 100% in love with it. I would recommend this to anyone but just be warned the tech support is not your friend

This Vactidy W8 vacuum and mop combo has been fantastic. The 5000Pa suction power easily handles dust, pet hair, and debris on both hard floors and carpets. Connecting it to the app was smooth, and the voice control feature is very convenient. The battery lasts a long time and it returns to charge on its own smoothly. Great value for money, definitely recommend it!
