A: Not that I know of. Granddaughter did not say it did, but she loves it and it cleans well.

Q: Can you but the larger body brush head for this one?
A: Yes, you can buy the larger body brush head for this unit. The brushes are interchangeable. I don't think they are sold separately at Best Buy. They aren't that expensive.
