Detail says for thick hair. Not true. Does not have different heat settings just one. Plate is smooth but didn’t heat up enough for my hair and it took my longer to style my hair

It vibrates... why would it do that. Not only did my hand fall asleep from the vibrating but it didn't even straighten my hair that good. Returned it immediately.
