As someone who absolutely loves dishes with fillings, this product is exactly what I needed; it has solved a major problem for me. I no longer have to chop vegetables back and forth with a knife—a task that was both exhausting and made me worry about disturbing my neighbors. Upon receiving it, I gave it a test run with some scallions, and it worked beautifully. I really love it.

Used this to slice cucumbers and chop onions for dumpling filling and it was way faster than using a knife. The slices came out pretty even and the bowl was big enough to prep everything at once. Cleanup was also pretty quick after cooking.
