It's about time that you can find a gift for under $40 that the kids will absolutely love. This radio controlled transformer car also comes with two batteries and two chargers to keep the fun going. Definitely a good thing because after the other kids see it they all want to play with it. Nice little added bonus is that you can put it in gesture mode and make it transform with just your hand and kids find that to be so cool. It also has a demo mode where it will take a tour by itself. I can't really think of many toys that you can purchase for under 40 bucks and know that the child is going to enjoy it. I will definitely be buying another one when It comes to another child's birthday. The only thing that I would recommend is that if you do purchase this and intend to give it out as a gift, Open it up and charge the batteries so that they can enjoy it right away. Kids don't like to wait and it's always important to fully charge batteries before their first initial use. When you gift one for a birthday party or etc you'll see the smiles that I saw too!

My son loves playing with this. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for the car. The transmitter takes AAs. The front wheels dont touch the ground. there is a 5th wheel under the car that it turns on in both the car and transformed modes. It also has a sensor on the front of the car that allows it to be operated via hand gestures. My son has played rough with it and it has survived.
