[Employee of bestbuy] It was great at first, and I loved the covers texture and color. Although, not even two months later, if the case is even just upside down, it swings open. The hatch mechanism isn’t working whatsoever. In the image you can see the hook is more outwards on top, so if you were to try to open it, it will open with ease without pressing the button.

I have seldom been so disappointed in a product. I received this case in early November and by January the lock had failed. I frequently find the case open thus draining my battery, Just a few short months later and I'm looking for another case. This was product was a total waste of money.

It's sturdy and keep my airpods safe. Over all liked it
