Bought this and received the email. I follow the prompts but it doesn't reveal the vard number nor the pin. What the heck!!!!! It gives me wats to redeem. Theyve all failed. And it gave me a ten digit "code". To what? I don't know. Is this sooner kind of joke? Ive tried reaching best buy fir anyone or anything. No one can help me? Really?

I don't always buy this card from Best Buy, but it always works when I do. If you haven't received it within 10 minutes, be patient. I have had the code pop into my email instantaneously and it show up after 8 hours. It seems random, but I have never lost a code.

Wish you instantly got the code, but it takes a couple hours! But I use gift cards I get with my Afterpay account so I can’t really complain…..

Easy and convenient. No longer able to purchase with gift card even if its an electronic purchase vs paper to paper. Yet still nice way to refill funds to Verizon account.

I use Pay as You Go with Verizon. Unfortunately, they had no option for me to pay them when out of country to keep my service. Unbelievable, right? After all options and speaking with their supervisor, they finally suggested I could use a 3rd party refill card. Having not done this before I was skeptical. For anyone in the same situation, I can say I've been using them for 6mths now and have had absolutely no problem! Knock on wood! lol Reliable and easy purchase!

From time to time, Best Buy has these prepaid cards on sale (about 5% off), and then is a good time to add these to your account. I always buy these online, from Best Buy or other stores and it is easy to add the funds to my account. Highly recommended, especially when they are on sale.

Digital delivery is emailed in a few minutes with a link to your code. You can just text your code to Verizon and it's automatically applied to your account.

Love the convenience of purchasing digital cards, but the inconsistency in delivery and redemption gets frustrating. Paid for the card 11/13/22 @ 9:37am. Website says it’s ready for redemption with full instructions in the email, but there’s no email still @ 11:08am. It would have been faster to drive to the store.
