At first, I was very intimidated, as the instructions were very vague for someone who had never used this kind of product before; but eventually I got brave enough to work my way through it. It is a little loud, but I guess that's to be expected. Some flour came out at the bottom at first, but I think I just had to tighten it up a bit. I got it to grind wheatberries into flour and so far I've made 3 loaves of bread and it's worked perfectly!
