The product arrived a week late, and missed the Christmas deadline as a gift. We had to schedule delivery through a third party, who claimed they didn’t have enough drivers. When we opened it to set it up the tabletop was smashed in, looking like a fork lift went straight through the table top. I contacted Best Buy and they stated they couldn’t help I’d have to work with the vendor directly. The vendor never answered the number listed on my invoice, I left messages and sent emails. We ended up loading it into a pick up truck with the help a neighbor and returning in store. The in store team was great but said the couldn’t do anything to help. Ordered one on Amazon and was able to get room delivery and assembly for $99.

Item was delayed by 2 weeks then delivered damaged. When we called to see how to return it, bestbuy told us they cant help us although we Baugh t it there!!! They told us to call the third party vendor. WORST customer service and still NO resolution!!!

A great table. The kids love it. Super easy to put together. Came very well packaged. Very good quality
