I ordered this, and it is beautiful, but it did not come with the pole required to put it in the sand. It came with everything except the one thing needed to hold it up. Because this was for use on vacation, I did not immediately open it and instead left it packed up for the beach. Only to find out on the beach that it did not have the pole in the box. I purchased at the beginning of July for a vacation in the middle of July. Therefore, I opened it on day 16 (15-day return policy), so it can not be returned, and Best Buy also has a policy of not returning exceptionally large or heavy items. Live and learn. Always inspect the package immediately AND don't order items from Best Buy that might be considered to large to return to a store. Look for a more reputable source. It is quite disappointing to not have everything included in the package.
