I have not received my package, and the distribution store provided little to no assistance regarding my options for a replacement or refund. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and they were difficult to reach. I am very dissatisfied with how my order has been handled.

My first bidet and will hopefully my only
So far so good I couldnt install it myself. It works well. The water pressure controller is good. Just make sure your toilet is the sane color white or it might not match the color of toilet.

It works great. I love the various pressure and to clean the front , rear, and the self cleaning.
