The product shipped to me did not have the same arm to hold against the paper. Paper did not cut straight, nor true to measurement. I even had someone else use it to ensure it was not user error...it wasn't. I wasted 500 sheets of paper trying to get it to cut accurately. Alao, it will not cut 400 sheets at one time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
