Buyer beware marketplace item

Arrived damaged. Eventually got a refund after contacting Best Buy corporate. These come off marketplace so buyer beware. When contacted company Vevor about replacing or refund company offers 3 options 1. 40% back. 2. Repair damage yourself 3. Get an estimate of repair. Don’t fall for this ridiculousness. Not properly packaged, they know if it arrives damaged they ain’t taking it back is my opinion. .
