Really good and durable thus far. Easy to install and did come with all tools needed. Locks work, pockets inside the case only hold items when its open (falls out as soon as it close). I do not think its 40L...its as big as my 30L water jug (see pic). But luv it either way and perfect for my Rebell 300.
