Very solid and heavy ceiling mount. Once I ignored the instructions, it went up easy. You may need to get some extra screws for the vesa only provided two different sizes and neither fit. I was able to use the screws that were there to secure the bracket to the cross rods to attach bracket to TV and then found some screws I had to secure the bracket to the cross rods. I would also recommend getting different anchors than the ones provided. The TV’s decent and retraction is slow but steady and it comes with a mountable memory controller which you can set 4 different positions also includes a remote. Overall happy and satisfied with my purchase.
