Bad microscope unit, and bad after-sales support

I received a unit that had issues with the eye distance adjustment and out of alignment prism. This results in a blurry image on one eye which makes it awful to use the device. I messaged the seller and at first they were responsive, but eventually just kept delaying. The only thing I would say is decent quality is the stand itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
