Works great when you figure it out

The instructions were poor in my opinion. The straps that ratchet are directional and that was not explained well. I had 3 out of 4 that I put in upside down and didnt realize, which cause the ratchet to not work. Once I figured it out and flipped them back over it all worked great and held to the car very firmly.
I would recommend this to a friend
