Easy to use..however it’s touch sensitive while also not coming on sometimes ( guessing it has something to do with the timer inside if it) i like it’s super easy to use….You just add the gel to the tray and place in your mouth. I still find it a little bit confusing for me on the instructions but not difficult..Maybe it’s just user error but there is a red light and a blue light. I’m not sure on how the lights are supposed to be used. Maybe the first 10 minutes is the blue light, then when you turn it back on (requires a second turn on, that sometimes don’t work until you take it all the way out and press it again) the red and blue lights are on the second half for 10 additional minutes.. there is a blue desensitizing gel as well. I had to reread to figure out what that was. Obviously I’ve already started using it that’s why you see half a tube and one empty tube. So far no sensitivity and im assuming the desensitizing gel is included for that purpose if needed. it doesn’t say use them together or anything so I’m just guessing. All in all great buy especially for the price…s/n I tried to Include photos of how the lights look…I gave 4 stars because of the lights don’t always come on for me even after charging and the instructions could be slightly clearer for me personally…but it still works great
