Desk is great but best buy cant handle orders

Desk is great, very solid moves up and down quickly with minimal noise. You wont find it difficult to put it together. However - the ordering part is was a nightmare. Desk comes in 2 boxes, one containing the top the other legs. BB sent only one claiming that it comes in 1 box, they offer me 5% discount to keep the top... I have asked to sent me the legs, they claimed they cant do that and I have to return the desk ... so they could ship another one in 2 pieces... That was my worst expirience with BB I ever had.
