Customer Ratings & Reviews

Wow! Some of the reviews on here weren't fair in regards to the sound. It actually really sounds good. It may have benefited from separate bass / treble knobs, but even with the lone "tone" knob, it sounds very full. The fact that it has a very convenient Bluetooth option makes am/fm reception issues sort of irrelevant. That being said, the FM seemed pretty good, but the AM seemed kinda weak. But again, with the Bluetooth option, i just use the app to tune in, and its perfectly clear. Bought one for my kitchen shelf and one for my parents for Christmas, as I thought they'd like the nostalgic look. 5 stars!

Although I gave four stars this is a excellent radio with some old fashioned flavor. It looks similar to a 1975 Sony radio I have except it’s smaller. If the dial had a backlight it would really take on the 70’s feel. The dial also doesn’t line up with the station. It’s not a huge problem but noticeable. The Bluetooth sinks with my IPhone easily and the volume is good for a radio this size. It’s a radio not a boombox so if you want deep base you probably will want to try something else. The antenna is also helpful for removing any static from the stations. Overall I am pleased and I enjoy listening to my favorite stations. This brings back a lot of memories!

It is very hard to find a FM/AM radio so we were really excited when I stumbled across this online. I was very impressed as beautiful, has Bluetooth capabilities as well and it's really easy to use. It is not battery operated so you have to plug it in which we were fully aware of, but that is important to mention. It's compact so it fits just about anywhere. It is very simple. It doesn't come with a clock. It doesn't play any type of tapes or CDs. We were simply searching for a radio that display regular radio stations.

What I really like about the Victrola - Retro Wood Bluetooth AM/FM Radio - Walnut it brings back good fond memories when I was a kid in the late 50's throughout the 60's what old radios looked liked and sounded like. (I even remember tube testers at the grocery stores and pharmacies for TV's and radios). I especially really like the radio knob and the station numbers on the Victrola Radio. Good sound as well for one speaker. My only problem is it does not pick up any Los Angeles, CA. radio stations or two or three San Diego, CA. radio stations. The signal is weak for the AM frequency. Just picks up the four local AM radio stations in my small city and one radio station the next county south from my city that is about 25 miles away. I have C. Crane Pocket Radio and it can pick up a couple of Los Angeles, CA. radio stations and a couple of San Diego, CA. radio stations that uses only two AA batteries. Just might be my location There is some blocking in my surrounding area in the building that I reside at and few other buildings. The FM frequency is very good. Picks up many FM stations, but not from Los Angeles, CA. Mostly local and a couple further up north. But still I really enjoy listening to my Victrola Retro Radio during the day and at night when I go to sleep.

We just love this radio. It is small and retro styled. It is simple to use--turn on button, bass button, and the knob to find different stations. It is clear, compact, and just awesome. Recommend as Christmas present or Birthday gift for everyone.

Not only is it stylish, it's also got great performance! I can tune into local radio stations with minimal issue and the sound quality is clear. The bluetooth also works great and connects with minimal issue. Some may see the lack of a remote as a downside but I think it lines up well with the retro feel. You get up to tune the radio and you get up to change the volume (if you're not using Bluetooth).

I bought this for someone in a nursing home. He wanted an easy to operate, but good sounding radio. I thought of all the old kitchen radio's that looked similar that worked forever. This did the trick so far. Lives in a big city , so many stations easy to tune in, volume was wonderful, as we barely had to turn it up. Plus it has a bass/treble knob. So if it still works, which I sure hope it does, then we are very happy with it.

Bigger than I imagined or hoped, but not a bad thing for most people. Works well, maybe a little off on channel selection but does that really matter a lot? Not to me since I can hear and find what I'm looking for. Looks nice and bluetooth is good addition. Bass/treble knob is nothing special. The radio can get pretty loud. It's a good deal and choice for people just wanting a radio, one that looks better than a chunk of bulky plastic.

Great sound from this little Bluetooth radio. Fits anywhere. Love the old style look.

great radio. good sound quality and easy to use. really like the antique look

I absolutely love this little radio! The sound is great! The bluetooth was easy to set up and it's also sooo cute! Love this product!

Neat little radio, bluetooth is nice and looks cool :D

This is an awesome product. The sound quality is awesome. All the dials and knobs are easy to use. As for the decor, this radio is so classic. It looks good wherever you put it. The only thing I would change about it is the length of the cord. Oh, also, the am and fm stations both sound awesome with the built in antenna.

exactly as described. great vintage look. easy to use. love it.

excellent radio for any room. This radio plays with a sound that is much larger than the size of the radio, one must hear it to believe it. The radio tunes in as many stations as my other radios, the wood cabinet and the knobs all look refined, the radio will fit anywhere in the home and look good.

Found this radio on your website and was thrilled to discover it. Had a similar one from another store at a MUCH higher price that lasted 10+ years but it finally went kaput from much usage. This Victrola Retro Wood Bluetooth AM/FM radio is perfect and plays exceptionally well for the money. Not quite as heavy feeling as my old one but that asset isn't a necessity. Thanks for such an easy time in ordering the product for it wasn't available in the store itself yet your sales folks were helpful and had me in and out of the store in ordering the product in a jiffy and the radio arrived in the mail in perfect condition in a jiffy. Thank you.

Purchased as birthday gift for my husband who is in an Alzheimer's facility, He loves "retro" and I love how simple this radio was for him to use. Excellent quality & good buy.

My wife and I wanted something small that didn't take up a lot of space on the patio with good sound

Easy to use. Looks great and has a surprisingly rich sound. Bluetooth feature is a plus if you wish to take advantage of this feature.

Sweet as heck! For bad reviews on volume ? ! I just got something to say. My dad always had victrolas in the home. They had volume but still people huddled around the Victoria, listened to using or what have ya cuz the volume was limited and it was a family thing. This is sweet , it reminds me of those art decorations times. What I got to say is put the right music on there and jam, enjoy!
