This unit replaces a working unit. This unit exhausts the air from the fan out the front rather than upward to my cabinets. The old unit worked, but the exhaust ruined the finish on my cabinets. The new unit works much better than the old one and I think the exhaust will not damage my cabinets. I'll need time to determine a true rating, but 5 stars, so far.

Best Microwave ever. We purchased this for our kitchen remodel. We love everything about it. The reheat feature works better than any microwave we have ever had. The butter-softening feature makes the butter soft not liquid.

The microwave is vey spacious and efficient. It replaced a Sharp one that we had from 2002. It seems like a replica of the original design which filled our space perfectly. The only complaint we have is that the popcorn burns when using the one touch popcorn button. Otherwise it is a clean design and fits our needs.

Easy installation. Was purchased becaused it fit into a pocket of cabinets but still allowed the door to open without binding. While I have not had much time to learn all the features, it seems fairly simple and straightforward. Will try to update after using for a longer period.

this sits above my Viking range/oven. When the oven produces alot of heat which is detected by the lower part of this microwave it automatically turns on the fan to cool off. It's a great feature ,but its very loud and sometimes runs for about 30 minutes after the oven is off, a little annoying.

This is our second Viking microwave, and it's as good as the first one we purchased. The installation was quick and efficient, and we were thoroughly impresssed with the overall transaction and installation.

This is a great small microwave. Viking makes 27 and 30 inch stainless surrounds for it, so it can go anywhere!

Viking is King of appliances ! Made well works well and looks awesome!

One month old.... turntable making loud noise. Needs new motor! Two years old.... seal breaks and steam in between windows. Both fans not working properly. Would not buy again!

Installataion was fast and efficient but technician did not check to see if the installation interefered with cabinet doors, which it does. He should have tested all aspects of the installation, but failed to do so. Now I am left with a problem which has yet to be resolved.

Microwave lasted almost a year and quit heating. The first one like this I had lasted 8 years so when it went out I wanted to replace with the same one. However, the second one did not last

Excellent Quality ! I put this above my 30 inch Wolf Range. People told me it wouldn’t work. WRONG. The fan on this Micro-hood easily Exhaust the smoke and heat that comes off my Wolf Range. I highly recommend this product.
