Malfunctioned at delivery- loud buzzing noise

Began malfunctioning once delivered. loud buzzing/ humming sound one you turn on. Forced to return- very disappointed.

The oven hasn't worked properly from first use

We a NOT happy.. Its difficult to get someone to answer the service line.. Please call me!! 714 654 1230..

We updated from an older version and love our oven. One downside is due to the space of the old oven there is really few options that fit the space. In the end we are glad we stick with Viking.

Low quality overpriced item
Viking is a low quality product, horrible unhelpful customer service representatives, and the failure rate on these overpriced machines is high. Product failed and customer service chose not to support or cover the product repairs. do not recommend Viking

Stay away from this brand. Our oven got broken after the second year, right after the warranty expired (yeah, it's really 2 years, the 5 year warranty doesn't cover anything). The repair of a simple fan cost us $800
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
