Sales people were fantastic.Although the delivery was excellent the installation was deplorable. the technicians were sub standard and inept.

Obviously it doesn’t fit on every Viking, the width of the stove is not a real measure. I missed the two weeks period for return as O was waiting for someone to install it, and now stuck with this expensive purchase.

Intermittent problems with the electronic ignition. I called for repairs twice, and still experience the same problem. Require a match to light the burners.
