Does not fit/ improper packaging

Did not fix Viking range. They were not packaged well so they scratched up a bit on a few when delivered. No fault of delivery guys, Just not packaged properly.

Does not fit older model Viking Ranges. Says 2.5 inches but does not fit.... Very well made. Really wish these fit my range.

Let’s see how long it Really takes for the remaining five knobs to be delivered. It’s weird times, so I’m cutting Best Buy some slack . It’s Only been 5 weeks since I ordered them.
