cutting board-Bamboo , This board is great cutting, chopping and slicing is a breeze. Also the Bamboo does not dull the knife blades .

Bamboo cover fit my 36 inch Viking stove perfectly. Previously had wood cover, I think I’m going to like the bamboo better.

It covers the griddle. Need to remember to take it off or you will burn the sides
