Very sexy oven. Love the French doors. Easy getting food out, no worries of burning self when bending over a door. Bakes multiple sheets of cookies evenly.

Haven't installed yet but it looks pretty. We wanted a French door oven and this one looked and felt the best in store so we went with this one instead of the cheaper lower quality brands

The exhaust hood was supposed to fit 7 in duct but was actually made for 10 inch duct. Exhaust fan was rated for 7 in duct but had to be modified to fit. Sales personnel were not familiar with these higher end system

I just love my new oven. The doors make it easier to reach the food when it is hot..

I was very excited to upgrade my kitchen to all Viking appliances. I am starting to think that I have made an expensive mistake. So far I have had issues with my french door oven, gas range and dishwasher. I will review the french door oven here. I am an avid baker so I was excited to bake in this oven. The first cakes I made were burnt on the top and not cooked through. I put this down to learning a new oven. However after my 3rd cake flopped, I bought an oven thermometer. Using the Bake mode, I set the oven to 350 and preheated it, giving the oven an extra 10 minutes after it indicated that it had preheated. I then placed my cake in the oven taking care to only open the doors as long as it took me to place the cake on the center rack. During the hour my cake was in the oven, the temperature on the oven thermometer went up to 400 and then dropped to 300 and then back again. No wonder my cakes were burning on the top and then not cooking through. The temperature does better in all the convection modes and remains steady but is 25 degrees warmer than the setting on the thermostat. The Viking technician is coming out to look at it and hopefully it can be repaired. I have become friendly with the technician as this will be the 4th time he is at my house. The other times were to repair my Viking dishwasher that failed right out of the box.

High quality convection oven. The doors that swing open is a great feature. You don't have to reach in over a hot door to attend to your meal.
