Video works, but way late

Video works, but the company PopMarket didnt even ship it until it was late. When i tried to cancel they wouldn’t respond with and update and actually ignored me until the made a USPS slip. They told me 2 days that it shipped and they couldn’t cancel the order. The case was also broke to the point where it wont hold the discs. This is common for this company if yiu look them up. I wont be ordering anything else off of BestBuy.com anymore.
