Very easy remote to use. User friendly with easy identifiable buttons. Exactly like the remote that came with tv. Will buy this exact one again if needed.

I finally bought a replacement remote for my Samsung 72 inch DU7200 television. The original remote was a problem from the beginning. The television would just randomly not respond to the remote and so I would all too frequently be left with the choice of either watching something I had no interest in or turning off the t.v. For some reason the remote had a very effective power button despite the rest of it not working. When I checked reviews again for the tv, I noticed a large number of people had complained about the lack of responsiveness with the remote. It must be a manufacturing defect. So I finally caved and bought this replacement remote, and it works all the time every time. Zero problems, issues, or complaints. I just wish I had purchased it sooner. We just put up with the janky original remote for a year. I was afraid the problem could persist with a replacement remote - that the issue was maybe the tv and not the remote. But this remote always works without exception. I love my television. The tv itself is amazing. Now I get to also love my fully functional remote.

Unfortunately, the reviews on this are inaccurate. It doesn't work right right away and there is no way as shown in sales description pictures, to open the back to access the battery compartment. Very disappointed, returned.

It was molded so there was no way you could put a battery in and it was missing the sensor. Exact replica of what I had. Contacted best buy with no response
