Purchased on June 22nd and delivered on June 26th, however, it was incompatible with the television despite being the correct model. Subsequently, my brother and I attempted to view videos on YouTube, yet encountered issues prompting a return to Best Buy. Regrettably, despite requesting an exchange, it was declined. This experience has left me disappointed, considering my loyalty to Best Buy since 2018. Consequently, I rate this product with 1 star and advise others to steer clear.
