The quality of the couch is good. The customer service however is not great. One of the armrests had the cupholder covered with fabric. I reached out to the seller which offered $10 for the issue. After I denied and asked that this issue is fixed or higher compensation be provided they did not answer for almost a week. I had to call Best Buy customer support twice to finally have them escalate the issue. The seller responded and they did send me a replacement.
