My PC arrived to my exact specifications. It was packaged extremely well. I had an issue with the gpu that was included. They responded very quickly to my message to them explaining the problem. I sent them the defective gpu at no personal cost and received a new one 2 days after they received the old one.

It says 4.1 ghz, but it’s only 2.7 ghz. I feel like this was misleading. After calling Best Buy about this they told me they don’t even sell this product it’s some 3rd party and they can’t help me. Will not buy anything from them again.

It’s so inconsistent on whether it’s working right or not randomly get things across my screen constant freezing GPU gets super hot super hard to get ahold of

its a bad product and a bad idea to spend money on, had to do a lot to make it work but i shouldn't have and it was a mistake purchase

I’ve been able to play every game I’ve wanted to. My biggest dislike is that it’s only 500 gb storage with no option to add more unless you get a whole new ssd with windows on it.

PC worked fine for 3 days before having issues, took to geek squad to have it checked out only to find out motherboard was bent and one of the fans had stopped working which caused even more issues with GPU causing DP and HDMI ports to stop working and crashes when trying to run any games
