Bought this for a birthday gift for our son and he couldnt he happier , he is able to play all his games without lagging , he says his frame rates and graphics are much better . He is glued to it unless hes at school or football . It came in exactly as it was discribed and was packaged well for the transit , the ups person would really have to be trying to mess it up for it to come in broken lol . Hopefully this helps someone decide ... i looked through hundreds of computers before stubbling across this one and tbh i didnt find any that even came close to the specs of this one for the price
