I’ve been using this for a little while now, and I wanted to share an honest experience for anyone considering it. What stood out to me right away was how easy it was to get started. The setup felt intuitive, and I didn’t have to spend extra time figuring things out, which I really appreciate. Once I started using it regularly, I noticed the quality was consistent and reliable — it did exactly what I needed without any unnecessary complications. One thing I really liked was the attention to small details. It’s clear that the product was designed with the user in mind, not just functionality but overall experience. That made a noticeable difference in day-to-day use. If I had to point out one thing, I do think there’s a small learning curve depending on how you plan to use it, but once you get past that, it becomes very straightforward. I’ve been with Verizon since 2003. I was so tired of paying an $85 payment per month for just me!! So I switched to visible. There has been nothing different in my service or the way my phone acts! This is the best decision I’ve made to save money!! With everything going up it nice for something to actually go down in price!

First time trying this phone service. Works great, the website for the service is glitchy for trying to pay. The app for the service and paying for the service works fine though.

I had to use this service for a short period of time and it was easy to set up. I had great signal everywhere I went. We live out in the country side, very rural area and I never had connection issues. Overall, I would recommend the service to anyone considering it.

It has good service I use it for my daughter's phone. But it's not at every retailer I only find it at Best buy.

So far I'm linking the service it's basically Verizon but cheaper I brought my mom under this plan and it's was fairly easy even went on vacation and had global pass kick in in while I was in the Bahamas. I'll take this over the $100+ Verizon equivalent plan
