Tired of inconsistency & high $ monthly bills?
ShannonS Posted
I initially was going to purchase a different brand of 2 prepaid sim cards/ESIM, for 2 brand new unlocked phones that I purchased for my grandson and myself. Once there, I decided to get the sales rep's opinion on the best prepaid service, and he recommended "Visible" with Verizon. I don't know about anyone else but I was so, so tired of cell phone companies, their outrageous prices, and their inconsistency in giving correct or simple answers that match what you were told the first time you called about a specific problem, or even told on that very same call, but different responses. I don't know what happened to good old fashion "customer service", but it just does not exist anymore, anywhere!!! However, I do try to keep it alive when I work at one of my employers and deal with the public, every shift that I work, I also get thanked for great customer service, by the customers. All you need is, to treat others as you want to be treated, and do it sincerely!!!

It sounds like you finally found a recommendation that feels solid! Since you have two brand-new unlocked devices, here are a few pointers to ensure your transition is smooth:
Check Compatibility: Even if they are unlocked, it’s always a good idea to pop the IMEI numbers into our Compatibility Checker on the website just to be 100% sure.
eSIM vs. Physical SIM: Since your phones are new, they likely support eSIM. This is a great option because you can activate your service almost instantly without waiting for a physical SIM card to arrive in the mail.
Separate Accounts: To keep things simple, keep in mind that each line at Visible requires its own unique email address. This makes it easy to manage your grandson’s line specifically whenever you need to.
We’re honored that the sales rep pointed you our way, and we’re even more honored to have someone who values great service joining the family. Need help with activation? You can catch us at @VisibleMobile (FB/IG), @Visible (TikTok/X), or r/Visible (Reddit).

[Employee of bestbuy] Easy to activate, Visible's website it app intuitively walks you through the process. Porting or transferring my number was very simple as the site/app immediately lays out everything you'll need to move over your number. The service is really fast and truly unlimited without any slow downs past the base plan. You can beat unlimited hotspot on each plan it's fast and reliable. My Pixel 9 always has 5G UW or 5G service. I recently said from cricket wireless. So happy to not freak with the deprioritization of my Cricket wireless plan. Got to love the Verizon network. Remember to check the coverage maps on Visible's website to check coverage where you live, work, and frequent.

VISIBLE Phone Card Pro+ New Service
Cherylcutitup Posted
This is such a great deal! $10 off the initial purchase of the card and then for 11 more months. Easy to port my number, as well as use it with a brand new Samsung Galaxy 26 Ultra phone. Coverage and data use has been wonderful. Loving the savings after moving from Verizon. Also allows use of hot spot for my IPad in a more rural area where I don't have Wifi.

AWESOME alternative to $100+ phone bills!
Chase Posted
I switched over to the Visible Pro $45 plan (got it for $33/month on promo) and honestly it feels like a steal at that price. Unlimited 5G data, hotspot included, and I haven’t noticed any major slowdowns in my day-to-day use. Streaming, maps, social media, all solid. Activation with eSIM was straightforward and I was up and running pretty fast. For what I’m paying, it’s hard to complain. If I had to nitpick, there are moments in really congested areas where speeds can dip a bit, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker for me. For the value, this thing punches way above its price. Big wireless isn't the move nowadays!

I regret not switching sooner.
Samanosuke Posted
I switched to visible a few weeks ago with The new phone and number. The process of switching was easy. It was done in around 10 minutes max. With at&t my signal strength indoors was nonexistent. With visible I have full coverage. Before switching make sure you go online and check what coverage is best in your area though. Visible uses verizon's network which was preferred in my area. For you, Verizon may be worse than what you already have.

Visible Data Call Plan E SIM
SCOOTER99 Posted
I’ve been a Verizon user for over 20 years and indirectly I still am but recently switched to Visible (owned by Verizon) using the Visible Sim Kit sold at Best Buy. It comes in three different plans to suit your needs and price point. The kit’s cost includes your first month’s subscription. They’re currently having a promotion where the kit is discounted at purchase, with discount carrying through on each month of the 1st year. After a months use of service, I’ve had zero issues with service or coverage. I was able to ut my cell phone bill by 50% using Visible’s top tier plan!

Awesome monthly price! Using VZW towers
BartonM Posted
So far awesome! Easy to port over and setup. Just follow instructions on card, gotowebsite, start the setup. Don't setup app till instructed. Love the price. And if your VZW signal is good, this works! Just read about plan and make sure it's what you need. And understand for support there is no person to talk to, I think it's AI or a database you type into app or website for support.

Visible, should have switched sooner.
Finally getting away from the ridiculous Verizon prices. Strange since this is a Verizon company. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 30 years. I have been on Visible for almost a month now and see no difference. Be patient with the sign up process. I experienced some issues with my address and it took a day and a half to get the issue resolved. I purchased the highest plan expecting my watch to work with it. Currently Visible only supports the newest watches. Mine is a watch 5 pro.

Took just a few minutes to drop my mobile bill more than $100 a month. Finally paid off my S23 ultra which was "on them" - as if. Anyway, I get top tier verizon service.
