Easily the best blender I've ever used. 10 year parts, labor, and paid shipping sold it for me. Steep price but legendary experience.

I just replaced an older Votamix model with this one, not because there were ever any issues with it, but because I wanted a model that could use their food processor. They make amazing smoothies, and the presets all work surprisingly well. I've never had any issues with my Vitamix machines, and they make significantly smoother results than other brands I've used in the past.
