after my old school 5 speaker and a subwooofer surround sound lost the sub then slowly we were down to just the center speaker i upgraded. Bass is good, sound is great and clear, remote is high tech and displays info on the remote itself sonce no screen on soundboard. Id highly recommend unless you're a av snob then you probably aren't looking at this anyway. Just buy it you won't regret it. I'm also just using an aux cord cause my TV is an old floor model we bought from best buy like 11 years ago and an off brand so if its this good with auction cord imagine your 4k smart TV would be.

Very good sound bar, especially for the price. The sub really kicks and it does give you that theater sound! I purchased this to go with my vizio v series tv and connected it via the included hdmi cable. Very easy to set up, it works flawlessly with the tv remote. The long power cable was perfect to run through my wall with the other cables, so no cables are seen hanging off the wall. The speaker was placed on a top of the tv using a tv shelf and the sub was placed next to the couch on the floor. The wireless subwoofer is convenient so you can place it just about anywhere and it connected automatically with the sound bar. It comes with all the cables you need: power for both speakers, hdmi cable, an optical cable, aux 1/8” cable, and an rca cable! I connected my iphone to it via Bluetooth and instantly filled the living room with music! Perfect bar for someone not looking to spend a fortune, but still get quality sound.

We purchased this for our RV which has an Insignia basic flat screen with poor sound. The tv sound also has to compete with the air conditioner which is right overhead. The sound bar audio is crisp and clear and the dialog is easier to hear than thru the TV. The sound bar has a good sound range and lots of bass with the wireless subwoofer. The RV has limited space. The small size of the subwoofer allowed us to put it in an overhead bin. We can still hear the bass even with the door closed. The sound bar blends in well on the shelf below the wall mounted tv. The remote is easy to operate and the sound bar has a voice to advise what mode it's on.

Go this to compliment our Sceptre TV as the audio that comes out of that TV is not very good. It makes a world of difference and the volume that this soundbar produces is way more than is necessary. If you crank it, it will get pretty loud, and bumping up the level on the sub is enough to rattles the windows. If you get it on sale, I definitely recommend picking this up.

Love this soundbar!! Went above my expectations! You can adjust the treble, bass and subwoofer. It sounds awesome with my vizio tv, especially when I’m playing music. I need another one for my other tv asap! Don’t hesitate to buy

I love my sound bar. It’s in my living room and you can hear the bass throughout the house . It was a little confusing setting it up to my Vizio tv with the remote based on the instructions . But once I figured it out I was good . Worth the purchase.

Horrible, it keeps saying "CONNECTED" over and over again. Then it starts playing music while I'm watching something else. Then it will refuse to be turned off like A I gone crazy. It's attached to my wall which sucks because it is going back tomorrow and I have to repair the holes in my wall.

Bought this to add to flatscreen. Didn’t expect it to be this good! It’s not that big, but the sound is quite impressive. The wireless sub is a definite plus! It's not to the point it shakes the room but you know it’s there without any hollowness in sound quality. Best part was…..I GOT IT ON SALE!!

I didn't have super high expectations for this soundbar, I wanted something better than the stock TV speakers. I must admit, after a bit of tweaking, this soundbar sounds great! I live in a small 1br apartment, 500 sq ft. My couch is approx 10 feet away from the TV, against the furthest wall. the sound bar sits on a shelf and the sub is half the distance. I have an L shaped couch and the sub sits at the part of the L closest to the TV. The sound is decent. The 5 inch subwoofer is better than I imagined and a lot of times it's too much so I've had to dial it down. There are plenty of options for tailoring your sound, EQ, Content presets, even a night mode to lower the bass when you don't want to wake anyone with subsonic blasts. I believe with soundbars you get what you pay for but in this case you get a little extra. Something else I love about this. It comes on when it detects a signal and shuts down when you don't need it. The bluetooth is great you can listen to music and still have video running, in case you want the game on but want to blast some tunes. It is also Alexa capable but does not have Alexa built in. You can connect and Echo with an aux cable to a special jack in the back that allows Alexa to work regardless of what's playing through the sound bar. Neat feature.

I read the reviews of several sound bars in this price range and went to Best Buy to listen to them in person. The Vizio sound bar was the only one that was not hooked up to demo. The others sounded just ok, so I decided to purchase the Vizio, even though I was not able to listen to it in the store. I hooked it up at home and was shocked how great the system sounded. The subwoofer is so booming, that my wife keeps telling me to turn it down because the dog gets scared thinking it's sounds like thunder. It sounds great with movies and surprisingly sounds great with music. I played some youtube videos and it sounded great with only about half the volume turned up. I am not an audiophile, but I am a musician, so I think I have pretty good ears judging it's quality. I just have two minor complaints. 1) The different sound modes don't sound that much different from each other although you can adjust the treble, bass and sub woofer for each one. 2) When you're adjusting the eq you only see lights move on the sound bar up and down. It would be much better if you could see numbers on the remote going up or down as you adjust the eq. Overall if you are looking for a really good sound bar in this price range you can't go wrong with this Visio
