A: Thank you for bringing this inaccuracy to our attention, it has been submit for review. This TV in fact does not have an Optical Audio Out connection.
A: If the TV is connected to a network, by default the TV will power on to the VIZIO SmartCast input. However within the TV menu you can change this setting to have the TV boot to the input of your choosing, in this case, the antenna. The TV will then power back on to the antenna after being powered off. If the TV is not connected to a network you will not have to choose, and the TV will remain on the antenna input after power off.
A: For whatever reason, this seems to happen on all my TVs, not just this one. I think it is the cable service, thought they deny it.
Q: What is the width of the stand...outside edge to outside edge?
A: The distance between the outer stand legs is 15.69".

Q: Does this tv have a sleep timer function?
A: Yes, you can find the sleep timer by navigating to Menu > System > Timers > Sleep Timer.
Q: Can I connect a device to amplify the sound?
A: I just answered this in another question, YES. This TV has an analog audio output 3.5mm stereo jack for headphones that can be hooked up to any amp and can be controlled by the remote for the volume. When you plug in the 3.5mm jack it shuts off the TV speakers, so you can jack up the sound without harming the small TV speakers. I did remind them before that the brand new 2023 model has bluetooth out for sound but has no numbers on remote for direct access tv channels, This TV has a great picture at 1080p HD. Also if you don't know this TV has watch free streaming of 250 free streaming channels if you have WIFI, Enjoy !
Q: Does this TV have a DirecTV Stream app?
A: This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Currently, the DirecTV app is not a part of SmartCast.
