Very long range, my other phone only went 40 feet. Now it covers over 200ft. Works great. Changing time well it took some time to get it correctly.

We love how the phone system has blocked unwanted incoming calls. Those that come through must identify the company or themselves.

Very comfortable phones for home. Nice to have a back home phone still around the house. Comes with 5 phones and one base station. Super easy setup too.

The salesman was very helpful and the product was excellent. The hookup at home was easy for us and we are not electronically informed. I can hear other people on the phone much better than I could with our old phones. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone, friendly and courteous people.

I purchased this system and made some assumptions that were wrong. I thought all phone systems have a speed dial but this does not and when you save into your phone book you can't just go to the person you want to reach! I have a 10-year old Panasonic system that offers all of these features and then some...

I cannot block spam or Unknown Callers using a downloaded phone directory. Per my conversation with VTec support I have to individually enter the phone numbers I want to allow into the phone directory. The ability to block and allow calls was one of the main reasons I bought this specific model.

I don’t like this phone system at all. It is so confusing to set up and I am beyond confused. I am sorry I purchased it.

These phones do what they’re supposed to and are pretty well designed. It’s far too early to say anything about their longevity or that of their batteries, obviously. The display is nice and bright, and easy to read. Sound quality is good. The long range claim is true - they make it halfway up the street; their predecessors hardly worked out at the mailbox. The buttons are a bit hard to press if you have weak fingers, and a bit shiny and thus slippery. By giving them this sleek, slender look- which is attractive - they have also made them harder to pick up from a flat surface, and hold than some, and harder to get to stay on your lap, leg, couch arm, etc. They have all the usual features - redial, flash, mute, caller ID log, speaker, etc., which all work fine. No major complaints, and generally recommendable.

Best comparison landline phone I could find to replace my old Panasonic phone. One would of thought after 19 years since my last phone purchase, phone technology would of been greatly improved. Struggled searching for a phone which had all of the features my old one had, ended up going without a few i.e. color screen, different ringers, and some other features I rarely used. This VTech is nice and price was great, The Bluetooth technology is an added feature. The Smart Call Blocker is the only real advantage my old phone didn't have, and this hands down is the best thing invented in years, all those scam calls not filling my answering system every evening. Until you get used to it and have your family & friends loaded in phone book, all calls are screened, you do have option to turn it off, but why when this is an asset to deter scammers, which I got more calls from them than from people I know. I needed the ringer light, my old one had different colors & ring tones for different people in phonebook, this one is just amber, still handy feature I utilize a lot. Was very easy to link cell phone phonebook for a technically challenged person to this phone. Haven't tested out the range yet to comment. The menu is easy to scroll thru and operate. Love the fact again that I have an expandable system, this time with more phones to place around the house so I'm not always running to pick up. And my old phone had Caller ID which was a Must Have feature to keep one from running thru the halls, this VTech also has Caller ID,

I bought these to replace my Panasonics. The old Panasonics were dying. The new ones had dreadful range and short battery life. The VTech have good range and good battery life. However, many of the features aren’t very good. There’s no ability to program for silent hours. If you use the silent feature (which you have to activate every day) you can’t use the intercom. There’s no separate ringtone for “family.” The features are hard to access. There’s no easy way to access the intercom (too many steps). There’s no way to identify the rooms in the house for the intercom. Quite frankly, I miss my Panasonics.

We were getting so many robo calls and was ready to just cut off home service. I tried these and my house is quiet without phone ringing so often from robo calls. Amazed at how well this blocks robo calls and had it set up within 30 minutes. The feature to connect your cell phone was great which greatly simplified "allowed" callers to be imported. Call quality, range and construction all excellent.

Had owned a different set for years. My children often told me that they sometimes couldn't hear what was said to them. The new Vtech phones are crystal clear due to their full duplex ability. There are no complaints from my children now. Also the constant ringing of spam calls at all hours of the day and night have totally stopped due to the smart call blocking feature. This is the best set of cordless phones I have ever owned.

Easy to install and attractive landline phones. Mfr claims that up to 4200 personal directory name/numbers can be stored(!!). User "manual" is fairly light on detail, but customer support online is responsive thru website. Optional connection to 2 mobile numbers is also provided, but I have not tried this aspect/no comment there. Incoming calls are audibly announced by either the name in your personal directory or otherwise by their caller i.d. and call blocking of spam calls can be programmed fairly easily. Handsome design.

I purchased this telephone set after reading the reviews of other manufacturers offerings. My main concern in choosing this set was the ability to screen incoming calls as I get between 10 and 15 spam calls a day. Well I have to say, spam calls are a distant thing now. The phone will have a faint ring when one arrives and if the caller doesn’t identify themselves then they go to voicemail. It’s been great, no more spam calls. In other areas such as range and clarity the phone has also lived up to its reviews. I am very happy with purchase.

For anyone who still has a landline this telephone is a game changer. It was to the point we had more annoying unsolicited calls than legitimate. I was very skeptical if this phone would really work but decided to give it a try. It didn’t take long to erase any doubt. Calls from people in the contact list are announced and ring through / Non-spam calls with a legitimate purpose are instructed to state their name and you decide if you want to answer / The best part is calls from previously blocked numbers or calls from known spam numbers are displayed but the phone does not ring and sent directly to voicemail. This phone has been wonderful. It eliminated 99.9% of annoying unwanted calls. You can’t get any better than that!

I replaced a cordless phone system with this VTech system. The sound quality is great (both listening and speaking). The best feature of this phone system is the call blocking - all calls that are not in the phone address book (or added to the approved list) are automatically directed to the answering machine. The only negative I have with this phone system is the belt clips that are for the handsets do not fit securely.

Good size handset, range seems good. Sound quality is good. Instructions could be better for use/search of directory. Figured it out myself.
