A: Basically any program that will allow you to draw or use a mouse will allow this to work. Same technology. It is compatible with all of the digital art programs like adobe, art rage, etc. It draws and writes on OneNote to. The program has to have a draw tool function in the tool bar in order for it to work.
A: Yes it comes with a pen and 3 extra nibs.
Q: Does it work with Windows 10
A: Yes
A: See attached photo. I didn't have anything to measure it with so I took a picture with a common item so you could compare it.
A: My opinion is to definitely buy it. My 12 year old son has a toshiba laptop and has the same issues. Some devices have been a waste (like elgato game capture) their own support staff confirmed that his laptop just doesn't have the capacity to handle the software and even suggested that he purchase a competitors product because of crashing/freezing issues. Anyway, he wanted this for Christmas and in the past we have wasted money on tech that ultimately is useless or extremely limited with his toshiba. He uses this tablet/pen every day and absolutely loves it, no problems whatsoever and it does some amazing stuff, obviously I can't guarantee anything but as a mom that has wasted hundreds of dollars on tech that we find out after hours or days of trouble shooting multiple issues, ultimately every time we find out the freezing/crashing is because of his toshiba's poor ability to handle software, I understand your hesitation but had to comment since I noticed a similar situation and wanted to ease your mind so you buy this awesome tablet,it's so much fun!

A: It will work with pretty much any PC that has USB ports and runs Windows 7 or newer.
