Installation was relatively simple, unit is quiet and does a great job. I like the look of the piece that’s on top of the sink (can’t think of what it’s called) but wish it wasn’t so tall for no reason.

I am so happy with my tankless to system. My guest have commented on how the water taste great. My tea, coffee is clear and taste better. It was so easy to install myself a 58 year old woman. The only thing that concerned me was drilling a hole in my granite. Called my granite guy and he came out and didn’t even charge me. This is how simple it is to install. Takes up little room and works perfect for me.

I use this for cooking, drinking, for my fish tank and my pets water bowl. Not using bottled water has really been nice and less wasteful, which overall is a huge plus for me.

Installed this unit to replace an older tank system. Installation is very simple with clear instructions, color coded terminations and with all required parts supplied with the unit. The spigot is very high-tech , with a TDS display built into the unit. No issues so far.

Great water filtration system. Easy to install. I love the digital screen showing the water quality and the remaining life of the filters. Highly recommend.

I'm not on city water but instead am on a well so a good filtration system is a must. This unit pleasantly surprised me with ease of installation, use, low sound level, low waste water flushes, and quality of filtered water. There are a few things that most people, including myself didn't know about installing one of these systems previously. 1. Prefilter - If you're on a well like I am, you should add a decent prefilter before this unit to trap the larger particles to prevent clogging up the filter early. 2. UV light treatment - Should be considered to kill any bacteria or viruses present in the water. I think this is a necessity even if on city water. 3. Remineralization cartridge - Needed because reverse osmosis systems take out pretty much 100% of the minerals in the water, leaving you water without any of the minerals you need. This process also leaves the water acidic as a result. A remineralization cartridge restores an alkaline property to the water and restores the taste. The best way I can describe the taste of acidic water is "sterile". These items above added about $200 to the initial installation cost as a DIYer, with the UV treatment being the most expensive at about $130. Filtered water tastes very good and the savings adds up quickly. In my household of two with pets we were going through 2-3 gallons of bottled water a day which used to cost about $0.70 a gallon, after Covid inflation we were seeing about $1.20 a gallon for bottled water, along with hassle of hauling water bottles and jugs into the house. This unit will pay for itself in less than a year and even the somewhat expensive yearly replacement filter cartridge at $100 and remineralization filter at $30 will pay for themselves quickly if you're currently buying bottled. water. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this unit for it's compactness and quality of filtered water.

This water filter has great specs, was a good price and works fantastic. The water is more crisp and cleaner tasting then ever and was a super easy install. Could be harder if you have granite and dont have a pre cut hole for a soap dispenser like i did, so it could be more difficult.

great machine however not sure how to get filters because it says sold out
Clean water. I fill up 5 gallon water bottles at the sink now that I have this. Confident enough through tds test and taste alone that it makes the tap useable.

Excelent compact water filtration system. I have it in my in-law kitchen. It should be great for an RV or outside kitchen as well.

Looks and works great. Cons: Dispenses a bit slow (expected because it doesn't have a reserve tank) It is a bit louder than expected but nothing too crazy and it is low volume since it is inside a cabinet

Great tasteless water! Was not too difficult to install. Way better than the Zero Water filter.
