- 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞: After installation, please confirm if PE pipe is cut smoothly. If not, cut the tubing squarely and cleanly. Make sure the tubing is fully inserted.
- 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞: Please check if there is a washer connecting the ball valve, if not, please contact us for a new ball valve.
- 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭: Please check if the internal membrane breaks. Unsrew off the stem and you will see a protruding charging valve, then press the charging valve. If water flows out, it indicates the internal membrane breaks. Please change a new storage tank. If no water flows out, please contact customer service.
- 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:: If you connect ro system to refrigerator through the mini tank, replace the filter in your refrigerator with bypass.
