Solid built and filtering fast with the included inside regular (white) filter, as well as with the light blue alkaline filter. The alkaline filter produces a pH 8-9 water, which tasted much better than the water from the regular filter. Be aware, the pitcher and the extra three filters are shipped separately, even though only one tracking number was apparent with my oder. The filter inside is a regular (not alkaline) filter, which is rated at 200 gal capacity, while the alkaline filters at only 100 gal. This raises a problem with the indicator, which is just a countdown timer set for ~3 months. Customer Service suggested manually track the alkaline filter usage time. Finally, their customer service has been great, very responsive and helpful.
